Terms & Conditions

GENERAL

Bali has a delightful Tropical climate with average temperatures from 28 – 34 degrees celsius plus the weather is often very humid during the wet season which lasts from approximately November through to late March.

CLOTHING

Walking is a fun and entertaining pastime in Bali, but the climate will easily induce the walker to feel sticky hot and often uncomfortable and sweaty. Therefore it is best that loose cool clothes be worn during these walks to maximise your personal walking comfort

SUITABLE WALKING SHOES

“Walking in Bali can be challenging as many pavements drains and roads are unmade It is essential therefore to wear suitable flat footwear during these walks For your own protection we are reluctant to accept high heels or unstable footwear as we need to protect our Walkers with maximum comfort and safety Walkers with unsuitable footwear maybe asked to rebook for an alternative day.

We require all Walkers to have sensible shoes with good grips, preferably trainers or runners. High heel shoes are not suitable for our Walks and will be rebooked for another time.

Bali has many uneven surfaces and often pot holes and extraneous items. Our Guides will alert Walkers to any difficult terrain such as open drains or rocks etc.

However we are not responsible for any injuries caused through inadequate footwear or non compliance. Turning an ankle along the way due to poor footwear is an unnecessary challenge for you and your guides to assist and get you back to a place of assistance or medical help.
